This document outlines the terms governing the use of the 20x platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 20x platform — whether through a web browser or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 20x platform.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and the 20x platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is intended for adult users (aged 18 and above) who are residents of Malaysia. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this service complies with the laws applicable in their location.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
To access the full range of 20x platform services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full name, a valid email address, and an active Malaysian phone number. You are solely responsible for keeping this information current at all times.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Attempting to register multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 20x will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
As a user of the 20x platform, you agree that you:
- Will not use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
- Will not attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the functioning of the platform
- Will not use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Will not share your account or allow any other party to use it
- Will not submit false information during registration or the verification process
- Will comply with all Malaysian laws applicable to the use of online services
Any breach of these responsibilities may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure.
Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the 20x platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via local payment methods including FPX and digital wallets such as TNG eWallet. Additional methods may be available from time to time in accordance with the platform's current policies.
Deposit
Deposits are processed instantly or within the timeframe specified by the payment provider. You are responsible for ensuring all payment details are accurate before confirming any transaction. 20x is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect transaction details provided by the user.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the full account verification process. The platform reserves the right to request additional documents for identity verification purposes before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and may take up to several business days.
Transaction Responsibility
All transactions carried out using your account login credentials are considered valid and authorised by you. The platform is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised use due to the user's failure to keep their account secure.

The platform makes every effort to ensure service availability at all times, but does not guarantee that it will always be free from interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary service disruptions.
Account Suspension & Closure
The 20x platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any part of these terms
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
- Failure to verify identity within the stipulated timeframe
- Multiple account usage
- Abuse of bonus or promotional systems
- Instructions from relevant authorities
In the event of a suspension or closure, any valid account balance may be reclaimed through a review process, details of which will be communicated to the user via their registered email.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the 20x platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of the platform or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The 20x platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. The platform is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk and is subject to the terms of those respective sites.
The 20x platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
